On
completion of the course,
the Manager will hopefully
have gained the skills,
knowledge and competency
to implement the range
of activities associated
with establishing and
maintaining an effective
Technical Service Centre.
Participants
who complete all 5 required
activities during the
course and have been assessed
as competent against the
learning outcomes and
assessment criteria, will
be awarded with a Certificate
of Competency.
After
completing the final activity
– The Business Plan
– the learner is
requested to complete
the Learner Feedback
form which can be found
on the Home
page of the CD.
