This course will be aimed - in the first instance - at learners who:
- Are currently working as, or who intend to work as a technical service
centre manager
- Are reasonably proficient in reading and writing English
- Have enough computer literacy to use a word processor, Internet and e-mail
programs
- Must be associated with a national Schoolnet organization in Africa
- Must commit to complete the course over the entire course duration
In order to participate successfully in this course, the learner will need:
- Access to a computer with a CD-ROM drive
- Some hard disk space for you to create your own working directory of files
for the activities you will be required to complete
- Internet and e-mail access with your own e-mail address
