• Online Applications - Applications for the TQA 2003 Internet Challenge may be submitted via the TQA Web: http://www.thinkquestafrica.org
• Entries - Entries for the TQA 2003 must be completed, and submitted no later than the entry deadline of Monday, June 7, 2004 12:00 PM (noon Cairo time).
• Judging - Judging process of the entries begins immediately after the entry deadline. Results will be announced mid December 2003
