Online Professional Development Course

The Online Professional Development Course for Managers of Technical Service Centres is designed to enable national SchoolNet practitioners to set up, run and maintain a technical (support, training and) service centre in their countries. This course commences on the 14th June with a 15 of 200 targeted schoolnet practitioners.

Schoolnet Africa is pleased to be able to offer such a course and contribute to the building of greater skills, knowledge and understanding on what is required with regards to the establishment and operation of a technical service centre. The course will offer clear perspectives, processes and skills to find practical ways to ensure that second-hand computers are distributed throughout the developing world and refurbished for educational use in a range of schooling contexts to significantly reduce Africa's digital divide.
