We hope you have found this activity useful in understanding how important it is to network amongst relevant stakeholders in order to gain support for your technical service centre. It should also help you to identify key issues that should be addressed when locating premises.

You should now also be clear about the concept of technical service centres and the reason for refurbishing PCs.
